Shipping Policy

1) By third party courier or by company’s vehicle as per the shipping charge billed.
2) Automatic shipping by a third-party courier, if that’s economical and shipping charges are paid by
customer, shipped within 2 working days after receipt of payment, despatch notice being issued to
customer by SMS/ Whatsapp/ email as per communication preference mentioned by customer,
the actual delivery date is dependent on the constraints and compulsions of the third-party courier agencies.
3) By company’s own vehicle within 7 working days after receipt of payment, if within Kolkata and
adjoining districts and if that is found to be more feasible than third party courier.
4) Customer may abort the deal if the automatically billed delivery charge is not found feasible and
contact the company by WhatsApp at 7439657843 for a judicious look at the delivery charge.
5) In case of a customer finding the shipping charges too high, the company will offer the best possible
value with a special discount after evaluation of order value and generate a bill for the same items
again and send to the customer for his consideration.
6) Pet Vaccines which are always cold chain items shall not be shipped without individual
communication and agreement between customer and Company about risks and costs involved.
The customer is requested to email the requirement to the Company instead of ordering online so that the
procedures may be dealt with properly and Company may raise a bill after reaching an agreement.
