Refund will be issued for the exact purchase value to the customer through the same channel as used for purchase after deducting mentioned charges if any, and according to the following situations:
1) Customer or Company cancels the order within the limits and conditions mentioned under Note 1) in the Cancellation Policy, for which no cancellation charges shall be applied to the purchase amount due for such refund.
2) Refund will apply with deductions for procurement and handling costs incurred by the Company if such costs are documented to the customer through email only on a prior basis and the conditions for such deductions are made known to the Customer prior to incurring the costs for a particular non-stock product procured solely for the individual customer concerned.
3) Refund in case of Returned Goods shall be as per policy mentioned under the head of ‘Refund Policy.
