Cancellation Policy

1) Any order may be canceled by the customer after payment and within 2 pm of the next working day, excluding Sundays and Govt declared holidays if the third party courier’s despatch note has not been already sent to the customer and/ or if the product hasn’t already been delivered already within that time.
2) Cancellation not valid if the customer has ordered any item(s) through individual emailed communication with the company and the Company has procured the stock solely for him and raised a bill with the price as advertised.
3) The Company may at its sole discretion cancel any order if an item advertised by the Company and ordered by the customer is no longer available at all or not available anymore at the projected price.
