Return Policy

Goods may be returned by the customer to the business address of the shop under the following conditions and exceptions:

Norms for Free of Charge returns within the window of 7 days from the date of delivery of a defective product:

  1. Applicable for damaged in transit or defective goods or for any delivered product that doesn’t meet the advertised specifications or the ordering instructions.
  2. For establishing the factuality of such eventualities, goods are to be shown by the customer as damaged or defective upon unpacking the delivered items using time stamped still photographs showing the damage or weighs less or contains less than the quantity specified on package or does not meet the physical description as advertised or if expiry date is crossed or too near for valid use of the product.
  3. This demonstration of the conditions for demanding a return should be done by whatsapp messages with the Grievance Officer of the shop within 2 hrs of the delivery time as per the third party courier’s tracking report.
  4. Full refund is applicable to such accepted returns.

Norms for chargeable return or exchange of Non-Defective Products within the window of 30 days from the date of delivery of a product or at least 3 months before expiry date in case of edible or medicinal products, whichever occurs earlier:

  1. Acceptable if customer does not need the entire contents of a particular item in the order and if we consider that the balance quantity is still saleable.
  2. Courier charge of the return freight to be borne by customer in such case.
  3. Refund against returned quantity shall be made within 3 days after receipt at shop and the amount shall be pro rata with respect to the unit sale price excluding GST. The net amount of refund shall be calculated after deducting courier charges or receipt of courier charge from customer.
  4. In such cases, the shop shall prepare the courier booking for return pickup and send the label to the customer for printing at his end and pasting on the parcel packing which also has to be done by him in a manner that is acceptable to courier.
  5. In case of exchange, all the above conditions applicable and net refundable or receivable shall be displayed by an exchange voucher to be sent by the shop to customer. Exchange shall be processed showing refundable amount or additionally payable amount as per the pricing.

Exceptions: Cases in which return or exchange is not acceptable.

Vaccines or other cold chain medicine items once delivered can never be taken back and/ or refunded/ exchanged.

If the product does not meet the specification or performance characteristics as advertised by the Shop: The manufacturers of the goods are responsible for such factors and product reviews on any or all websites should guide the customer about its efficacy for the specific purpose prior to ordering. The shop cannot accept returns in such cases.

If the demand for return is on grounds of the manufacturer’s packaging or the branding style of the product does not match with the product image advertised by the shop. The shop cannot always ensure that the latest photographs of the product should be displayed at the website as soon as new stock with altered appearance comes in.

Some imported items are not eligible for return. Customer needs to see the country of origin of any product before ordering and may check with the shop about its return policy before purchasing.
