Goods may be returned at cost of the customer to the business address of the Company under the following conditions:
1) Return is ONLY accepted if the goods are shown by the customer as damaged or defective upon unpacking the delivered items using time-stamped still photographs showing the damage or weighs or contains less than the quantity specified on the package, within 2 hrs of the delivery time as per the third party courier’s tracking report or within 2 hrs of delivery by company’s vehicle. In that case, a refund will be made without applying any charges, but after the returnable goods are sent back to shop by the customer at company’s cost.
2) Return is not acceptable if the product does not meet the specification or performance characteristics as advertised by the Company. The manufacturers of the goods are responsible for such factors and product reviews on any or all websites should guide the customer about its efficacy for the specific purpose prior to ordering.
3) Return is ONLY accepted for goods packed or wrapped in manufacturer’s packaging if upon unpacking or cutting the packet open it is shown by the customer through time stamped still photos that the goods are damaged by mechanical pressure, packets are torn, contain insect infestation inside, have become rotten and disfigured or if the expiry date printed on the package is exceeded at the time of delivery.
