Extremely professional. Right from the moment the order has been placed, they are very thorough and update every single thing, sometimes even the packing!!!. The meds and pet foods are in topnotch quality and the discounts are really really good compared to anyother shops online. Was really impressed to know that they spend a portion of their profit for animal welfare!!!

P.S I used to order from Supertails / Cessna bcoz of concerns about quality of imported petmedicines. After i started to buy from here am thoroughly impressed with the quality of imported medicines.

Very good service....and they have lab testing service too which is authentic and cost effective. Also any point of time you need any guidance on pets RKD pet shop will provide that at nominal cost . Pet accessories are of top quality with a cost effective price . Baked chicken biscuits are awesome as my pets love it. Top of that Prasenjit Da is a very genuine person with a visionary feelings towards Indies....let's join hand in hand and make RKD pet shop so famous so that it can run in auto mode and our Indies can get more help from a knowledgeable person like Prosenjit Da.
