A: Customer may cancel the order at will by exiting at any stage before paying. Any unpaid orders get cancelled automatically within 1 hour. Even after paying, customer can cancel an order by simply whatsapping us from the tab provided on every page. If the reason for cancellation is due to our failure to process the order, refund will be instant via UPI ID that will be requested from the customer. For any other reasons such as change of mind or if the order is placed incorrectly with respect to the delivery conditions mentioned on the website, the refund will be via payment portal that wil be processed immediately but crediting back to source account will happen within 5 to 7 working days through the payment portal.
