Delivery Conditions at a Glance: English/ Bengali/ Hindi

1. Usual Mode of delivery: Surface or Air Courier via Shiprocket or other such. Our preparation time 1 day, dispatch on next day, invoice and courier tracking details by whatsapp during dispatch.
2. Countrywide Free delivery (By Normal Surface or Air Courier) above ₹499 order (up to 3 kg) ONLY.
3. Lesser value orders will be charged ₹50 to ₹75 per 500 gm as per destination. Such charges are billed after receiving the online order and payment received via UPI before dispatch.
4. Chargeable component of shipping freight for weights above 3 kg are shown in checkout page. Just fill your cart and see a trial checkout.
5. COD available above ₹499 order (Except, Vaccines/ Cold Chain Medicines or any item delivered locally by bike)
6. COD orders require 25% online paid advance + 5% COD Fee charged on payment page of the website.
7. Normal Courier Delivery Transit Time (Working Days): 1-2 (Kolkata Pincodes), 2–3 days (All WB State), 3-4 (Neighbouring States) & 4–6 (Other States).
8. Vaccine delivery ONLY LOCAL within 60 km of our shop at Barasat, Kolkata in 4 to 5 hours of ice pack delivered at gate of building by bike @ ₹10/ km charge (Calculated one-way) to be paid separately to shop via UPI when invoice is sent after online order is received.
9. Countrywide Urgent delivery by Fast Courier in 24–72 hrs at indicative extra charge of ₹350 per 500 gm, billed separately after receiving online order and customer’s instruction for urgency.

ডেলিভারির শর্তাবলী এক নজরে:

1. ডেলিভারির সাধারণ মাধ্যম: শিপ-রকেট বা এই জাতীয় অন্য কোনো মাধ্যমে স্থলপথে বা আকাশপথে কুরিয়ার। আমাদের প্রস্তুতির সময় ১ দিন, পরের দিনই পাঠানো হয়, পাঠানোর সময় হোয়াটসঅ্যাপের মাধ্যমে ইনভয়েস এবং কুরিয়ার ট্র্যাকিংয়ের বিবরণ জানানো হয়।
2. শুধুমাত্র ₹৪৯৯-এর বেশি অর্ডারের ক্ষেত্রে (৩ কেজি পর্যন্ত) দেশব্যাপী বিনামূল্যে ডেলিভারি (সাধারণ স্থলপথে বা আকাশপথে কুরিয়ারের মাধ্যমে)।
3. এর চেয়ে কম মূল্যের অর্ডারের ক্ষেত্রে গন্তব্য অনুযায়ী প্রতি ৫০০ গ্রামে ₹৫০ থেকে ₹৭৫ চার্জ করা হবে। এই চার্জগুলি অনলাইন অর্ডার পাওয়ার পর, UPI-এর মাধ্যমে পেমেন্ট নেওয়া হয় পণ্য পাঠানোর আগে।
4. ৩ কেজির বেশি ওজনের জন্য শিপিং ফ্রেটের চার্জ চেকআউট পৃষ্ঠায় দেখানো হয়। কত শিপিং চার্জ লাগবে দেখার জন্যে শুধু আপনার কার্ট পূরণ করুন এবং একটি ট্রায়াল চেকআউট দেখুন।
5. ₹৪৯৯-এর বেশি অর্ডারের ক্ষেত্রে ক্যাশ অন ডেলিভারি (COD) উপলব্ধ (ভ্যাকসিন/ কোল্ড চেইন ঔষধ বা বাইকে করে স্থানীয়ভাবে ডেলিভারি করা কোনো আইটেম ব্যতীত)।
6. COD অর্ডারের জন্য ওয়েবসাইটের পেমেন্ট পৃষ্ঠায় ২৫% অনলাইন অগ্রিম পেমেন্ট এবং ৫% COD ফি চার্জ করা হবে।
7. সাধারণ কুরিয়ার ডেলিভারির ট্রানজিট সময় (কার্যদিবস): ১-২ দিন (কলকাতার পিনকোড), ২-৩ দিন (পশ্চিমবঙ্গের সমস্ত রাজ্য), ৩-৪ দিন (পার্শ্ববর্তী রাজ্যসমূহ) এবং ৪-৬ দিন (অন্যান্য রাজ্য)।
8. ভ্যাকসিন ডেলিভারি শুধুমাত্র স্থানীয়ভাবে, বারাসাতে আমাদের দোকানের ৬০ কিমি-র মধ্যে। ৪ থেকে ৫ ঘণ্টার জন্যে উপযোগী আইস প্যাক দিয়ে বাইকের মাধ্যমে বাড়ির মেইন গেটে পৌঁছে দেওয়া হয়। এর জন্য প্রতি কিমি ১০ টাকা চার্জ প্রযোজ্য (ওয়ান ওয়ে হিসাবে গণনা করা)। অনলাইন অর্ডার পাওয়ার পর ইনভয়েস পাঠানো হলে, এই চার্জটি দোকানে UPI-এর মাধ্যমে আলাদাভাবে পরিশোধ করতে হবে।
9. দেশব্যাপী জরুরি ডেলিভারি ফাস্ট কুরিয়ারের মাধ্যমে ২৪-৭২ ঘণ্টার মধ্যে ডেলিভারি করা হয়। এর জন্য প্রতি ৫০০ গ্রামের জন্য ৩৫০ টাকা অতিরিক্ত চার্জ প্রযোজ্য, যা অনলাইন অর্ডার এবং গ্রাহকের জরুরি নির্দেশনা পাওয়ার পর আলাদাভাবে বিল করা হবে।

डिलीवरी की शर्तें एक नज़र में:

1. डिलीवरी का आम तरीका: शिप-रॉकेट या किसी दूसरे ऐसे ही तरीके से ग्राउंड या एयर कूरियर। हमारी तैयारी का समय 1 दिन है, शिपमेंट अगले दिन किया जाता है, शिपमेंट के समय इनवॉइस और कूरियर ट्रैकिंग विवरण व्हाट्सएप के माध्यम से सूचित किए जाते हैं।
2. फ़्री डिलीवरी सिर्फ़ ₹499 से ज़्यादा के ऑर्डर पर (3 kg तक) पूरे देश में (ग्राउंड या एयर कूरियर से)।
3. इससे कम कीमत के ऑर्डर पर डेस्टिनेशन के हिसाब से ₹50 से ₹75 प्रति 500 ​​ग्राम चार्ज लगेगा। ये चार्ज ऑनलाइन ऑर्डर मिलने के बाद लिए जाते हैं, प्रोडक्ट भेजने से पहले UPI से पेमेंट लिया जाता है।
4. 3 kg से ज़्यादा वज़न वाले आइटम के लिए शिपिंग फ़्रेट चार्ज चेकआउट पेज पर दिखाए जाते हैं। शिपिंग चार्ज देखने के लिए, बस अपना कार्ट भरें और ट्रायल चेकआउट करें।
5. ₹499 से ज़्यादा के ऑर्डर पर कैश ऑन डिलीवरी (COD) उपलब्ध है (वैक्सीन/कोल्ड चेन दवाइयों या बाइक से लोकल डिलीवरी वाले आइटम को छोड़कर)।
6. COD ऑर्डर के लिए, 25% ऑनलाइन एडवांस पेमेंट और 5% COD फ़ीस वेबसाइट के पेमेंट पेज पर ली जाएगी।
7. नॉर्मल कूरियर डिलीवरी के लिए ट्रांज़िट टाइम (कर्म दिवस): 1-2 दिन (कोलकाता पिनकोड), 2-3 दिन (पश्चिम बंगाल के पुरे राज्य मे), 3-4 दिन (पड़ोसी राज्य) और 4-6 दिन (दूसरे राज्य)।
8. वैक्सीन की डिलीवरी सिर्फ़ लोकल है, कोलकाता/ बारासात में हमारे स्टोर के 60 km के अंदर। इसे घर के मेन गेट पर बाइक से आइस पैक के साथ 4 से 5 घंटे में डिलीवर किया जाता है। इसके लिए 10 रुपये प्रति km का चार्ज लगता है (एक तरफ़ का हिसाब)। अगर ऑनलाइन ऑर्डर मिलने के बाद इनवॉइस भेजा जाता है, तो यह चार्ज स्टोर पर UPI के ज़रिए अलग से देना होगा।
9. पूरे देश में अर्जेंट डिलीवरी फ़ास्ट कूरियर से 24-72 घंटे के अंदर की जाती है। इसके लिए 350 रुपये प्रति 500 ​​ग्राम का एक्स्ट्रा चार्ज लगता है, जो ऑनलाइन ऑर्डर और कस्टमर से अर्जेंट इंस्ट्रक्शन मिलने के बाद अलग से बिल किया जाएगा।

General and Detailed: 

Shipping of any or every ordered item is initiated within 2 working days from date of order creation. All shipping by the shop is limited to destinations within the mainland of India and subject to serviceability of destination PIN Codes reported by different courier agencies. The website is NOT configured to display any alert on screen if your pincode is not serviceable. We are able to determine serviceability only when we are booking your order. We communicate with customer as soon as we find such discrepancy.

After receiving an order, all shipping related communications with customer are done/ accepted via whatsapp/ SMS on 24×7 basis and/ or via phone call during office working hours of 11 am to 7 pm. 

At any stage of the ordering process the customer is encouraged to call or whatsapp us if as per his/ her opinion the website system displays an unreasonably high freight charge. We shall then examine whether the coding is incorrect and what best can be done as per the actual delivery PIN Code and weight of the proposed consignment. 

For a successful and trouble free shipping experience, it is most important for the customer to register a fully working mobile number without any spam blocking of any number whose identity is visible as ‘courier’. Most couriers apply OTP based delivery authentication and delivery will fail if the customer is not able to receive SMS generated by the automated control system used by the courier. However there is one safeguard if suddenly your mobile in unable to receive SMS. The code is also sent by email to the email registered in order booking.

Conditions of FREE Shipping:

The shipping cost is presently FREE for all items EXCEPT for Cold Chain Medicines such as Vaccines, regardless of shipping distance and solely on the basis of 2 parameters:

1. Order value must be minimum Rs. 500.
2. Total consignment weight should be within 3 kg.

Orders not complying with above parameters get accepted by the website without error messages being displayed. If order value is less than Rs. 500, we alert you by whatsapp/ SMS that you need to pay a mentioned courier charge as per the weight of the consignment and the same is billed in the invoice that gets generated at the time of dispatch booking. Despatch is done at the earliest opportunity after receipt of the said charge to our UPI linked number 9330372226 display name being RKD Multispeciality Enterprise.

Chargeable Deliveries: For all packaged weights of consignments above 3 kg.

Presently the website programming is done on the basis of individual item weight x quantity ordered and summed up for all the items ordered on the basis of the State or Union Territory of your address. The freight charge so calculated on the basis of packaged weight of the consignment that is displayed on the cart view before checkout. This allows the customer to see transparently and make an informed decision before paying. The customer will be able to see how much extra it is costing him/ her over and above our highly discounted product prices and compare with the listed prices on the basis of MRP. 

Shipping Procedure of all non-perishable/ non-Cold Chain items: 

Shipping of this category is done through third party couriers operating under the banner of popular courier aggregator(s) adopted by us from time to time on the basis of their performance that we monitor every day. Delivery time is usually 2 to 3 working days within West Bengal, 1 to 2 working days within Kolkata pincode areas, for other States it’s 4 to 6 working days.

Same Day Delivery/ 48 hours Delivery: If noted by the customer through the Order Notes in the website, the charges shall be as follows:

Urgent Local Deliveries: Within the local service area of the shop up to 60 km Distance from Shop.

• Up to 40 kg weight: Delivery charge of Rs. 10 per km route distance one way, by motorcycle and shall be billed/ payable before dispatch
• Above 40 kg weight: By car, an urgent fee of Rs. 100 shall be billed/ payable before dispatch over and above the freight charge billed by the website. However, the freight charged on the website for such local deliveries would be discounted in the invoice and suitable partial refund will be processed as per actual chargeable rate of Rs. 20 per km route distance one way.

Urgent National Deliveries (Except Vaccines/ Cold Chain Medicines): Anywhere in the Indian Mainland by Fast Track Courier.

• Up 500 gm: Rs. 350
• Above 500 gm: As per quotation taken from courier and agreed by customer before dispatch.

Shipping of perishable/ Cold Chain items such as vaccines or other refrigerated medicines: 

Shipping of this category is done by motorcycle and only done for local destinations within 60 km one way road distance between shop and destination and the shipping charge is billed in the invoice @ ₹10 per km AFTER order is received at the website. The website DOES NOT bill the shipping charge in such cases because of too many variables that govern the cost.

Vaccine delivery policy (Ice packed): 

• You will be required to send us the google map location of any landmark nearest to your house when we ask for that. Delivery charge will be determined from that.
• Delivery will be at main entrance to your building as we don’t enter buildings or go up to higher floors.
• Delivery will be done in ice pack and you will be required to make an instant video at home if you notice any discrepancy after unpacking and send to us for doing the needful.
• Our ice packing remains good to maintain the vaccines at 2 to 8 degrees temperature for 4 to 5 hours. You’ll be responsible to get it into refrigerator within that much time.
• You will be responsible for cold chain of the vaccine from the time of delivery onwards.
• Vaccines to be stored at 2 to 8 degrees centigrade that occurs in the door panel of your fridge.
• We always have vaccine cards in few numbers available from our distributors. Although we cannot guarantee to provide exactly equal number of cards as number of vaccines, we try our best to provide for the number of animals you want to vaccinate for the first time. For repeat vaccine of any animal you’re already expected to have a card available for him. Your need for cards should be communicated to us as soon as you see the bill.

We’re selling the vaccine as per your order only and hold no responsibility about whether it’s the right vaccine for your animal or whether your animal is fit to take the vaccine or if it’s as per schedule. You’ve to be sure by checking with your Vet.
