Exceptions: Cases in which return or exchange is not acceptable.

1. Vaccines or other cold chain medicine items once delivered can never be taken back and/ or refunded/ exchanged.
2. If the product does not meet the specification or performance characteristics as advertised by the Shop: The manufacturers of the goods are responsible for such factors and product reviews on any or all websites should guide the customer about its efficacy for the specific purpose prior to ordering. The shop cannot accept returns in such cases.
3. If the demand for return is on grounds of the manufacturer’s packaging or the branding style of the product does not match with the product image advertised by the shop. The shop cannot always ensure that the latest photographs of the product should be displayed at the website as soon as new stock with altered appearance comes in.
4. Imported items are not eligible for return. Customer needs to see the country of origin of any product before ordering and may check with the shop about its return policy before purchasing if in doubt.
