Printed Pet Case History Deliverable before Professional Petcare Consultation
Be the voice of your pet when he is not well. Your pet can’t tell the doctor about how he feels, but you can–only if you get to know.
Description
We help you develop the habit of observing carefully what could be wrong with your pet and in recording those observations as written notes. Tell all that to your doctor, because your veterinarian may only see your pet for a few minutes during the consultation. You, however, have been observing your pet for hours or days at home. Those observations can become an important part of the clinical picture—but only if you remember them and communicate them clearly. If you can’t interpret what you see, you can’t tell the doctor. But not to worry. RKD Pet Shop is always here to help you. Book a paid pre-consultation case review with us when you need.
We are used to helping pet owners prepare for a veterinary consultation, rather than replacing one. For example, we could help you to:
- Organize your pet’s history in a structured way,
- Identify what changes in behaviour you’ve overlooked,
- Prepare a timeline of symptoms,
- Gather videos and photographs to show your doctor,
- Understand laboratory reports before or after seeing your veterinarian.
Our approach is based on years of observing dogs and cats, understanding behaviour, reviewing laboratory reports, and organizing clinical histories. We do not diagnose diseases or prescribe treatment. Our role is to help you present your pet’s story clearly so your veterinarian has the most complete information possible. Therefore we advise you to keep your expectations realistic when you seek our help as we still want you to seek qualified veterinary care when it’s needed. But we want you to be able to tell your doctor all details that would answer the questions that would come to his mind.
We help you to organize what you should tell your doctor. A veterinarian examines your pet. You observe your pet. When both come together, your pet gets the best chance of the right diagnosis.
