Those observations can become an important part of the clinical picture—but only if you remember them and communicate them clearly. If you can’t interpret what you see, you can’t tell the doctor. We do not diagnose diseases or prescribe treatment. Our role is to help you present your pet’s story clearly so your veterinarian has the most complete information possible. Therefore we advise you to keep your expectations realistic when you seek our help as we still want you to seek qualified veterinary care when it’s needed. But we want you to be able to tell your doctor all details that would answer the questions that would come to his mind.

We help you to organize what you should tell your doctor. A veterinarian examines your pet. You observe your pet. When both come together, your pet gets the best chance of the right diagnosis.
