Fumigation of Pet’s Rooms to make Tick-Free

Fumigation using Butox 15 ml or 60 ml containing Deltamethrin (12.5 mg/ml)

or

Tikkil Liquid 50 ml containing Cypermethrin High-Cis : (Both available at www.rkdpetshop.com):
Warning! Read all instructions given here very carefully before buying or using. The product is highly toxic to humans and pets if ingested or even by inhaling the fumes. Do not use without reading and implementing this methodology.

For spraying on walls, ceiling and floor of animal housing with all pets temporarily removed:

1. Use 20 ml per 5 litres of water to cover 100 sq. metres of surface usually or as directed in the specific product information on the vial or included leaflet.
2. Spray the mix using a garden sprayer that can reach up to ceiling level.
3. While spraying, use a motorcycle goggles or swimming goggles to protect the eyes, a moist towel to wrap around the head and the face to cover the nose as well.
4. While spraying, it is better to hold your breath and leave the room as many times as required for taking the next breath.
5. Allow 1 hour of fumigation with all doors and windows closed.
6. After that open all doors and windows, run the ceiling fan for sufficient time to get rid of the strong smell of the chemical and only then allow any pets or humans to enter.
